There was a fairly heavy rain on Friday night – although Susie was disappointed at the lack of thunder. Despite the quiet night, all of the water made for a great walk along the Muskegon River on Saturday morning.
It was a much colder morning in Muskegon, which made for a really fun walk.
After the bald eagle lording over all of the smaller birds at Ruddiman Lagoon, the next most entertaining site was a gaggle that couldn’t collectively comprehend the sudden reappearance of ice – so they stood on the bank of the pond yelling at it…no, not the eagle, the ice.
